What is an Addiction?

Author: admin

Webster defines an addiction as the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma.

If you have or have ever had an addiction, then you know it can be described in SO many more words. However we don’t need to get into all that. What we need is a way to overcome an addiction, in particular a smoking or nicotine addiction.

I have designed this website to offer you a way out. A way to release yourself from the driving force that controls so much of what you do everyday. Imagine if you didn’t have that nagging feeling that dictates what you do and when you do it. You can walk around breathing easier, and actually smell and taste things the way they were meant to smell and taste. You will live a longer life, without heart disease, lung disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or emphysema.
